When you fill our questionnaire we will give you a free assesment on how prepared you are to move on. We will also give you access to our relocation webinars. Your answers help us personalize the mentoring program to fit your specific situtation.
Step 2.
Homestead Mentoring
Dive into a 10-week mentorship designed to prepare you for your Costa Rica homestead. Each week, you’ll get a pre-recorded video covering one of 10 key topics, like choosing the right land, growing tropical fruit, creating a viable financial plan or navigating residency. After the video, complete your weekly Homestead Worksheet to prep for our 1-on-1 consultation.
Then, we schedule a customized 1-hour online consultation to dig into your answers, refine your plan, and answer your questions. By the end, you’ll have a clear, personalized roadmap for your relocation and homestead.
Step 3.
Relocation Boot Camp
This step brings you to the tropics for workshops, seminars, and hands-on fruit homesteading practice. Topics will cover planting techniques, permaculture basics, property tours and more. You will see available land for purchase in our neighborhood, meet like-minded families, and get a real feel for the lifestyle. It’s your chance to experience, build confidence, and make informed decisions with us guiding you every step of the way.
Step 4.
Land Purchase & New Roots
Ready to commit? Seal the deal and start your new life with expert support. When you’re ready, we guide you through buying your property, ensuring a smooth process with trusted local partners. You’ll get custom permaculture plans for your property, and we’ll help you install them with earth work, fruit trees, water systems, and sustainable layouts.
We also provide practical relocation support, covering logistics and settling in, to ensure a seamless transition to thriving in our Fruit Village.
